1. Product Description: CarPlay solutions offers aftermarket products and services designed to add certain features to a customer's vehicle. 

a. It is important to note that although we strive to make sure the product is compatible with 100% of your original car functions, the compatibility of our products with all vehicle functions is not guaranteed.

b. In order for the product to work as intended, our installation instructions must be followed and all original car functions must be in their original state and must work.

c. The overall product quality can depend on the quality and state of the car components.

2. Refund Policy: 

a. All sales are final. 

b. Labor costs and mobile installation fees associated with the installation of our products are non-refundable. 

c. In the event of a defective product, customers may be eligible for a replacement or repair. 

d. Warranty claims are assessed at our headquarters, that is at 13 Teralba rd, Brighton-Le-Sands, 2216. We will not assess any warranty claims outside of our headquarters.

3. Compatibility and Functionality: 

a. While CarPlay solutions strives to ensure our products are compatible with a wide range of vehicles, variations in vehicle models and specifications may result in some functions not working as expected. 

b. Customers acknowledge the inherent risk that certain vehicle functions may not be fully compatible with our aftermarket products.

4. Warranty: 

a. CarPlay solutions provides a limited 1 year warranty on our products according to Australian Consumer Law.

5. Customer Responsibilities: 

a. Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of our products with their specific vehicle make and model. 

b. Proper installation by a qualified professional is essential for product performance.

6. Limitation of Liability: 

a. CarPlay solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

b. CarPlay solutions is not liable for any damages, faults or impacts directly caused by unprofessional installation of our products or any other external impacts pertaining to products.

c. CarPlay solutions is not liable to cover any professional installation related costs relating to our products.

7. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

In addition to our terms and conditions, the following applies:

If the customer chooses products from different manufacturers or to supply their own products for installation by CarPlay solutions, the following conditions apply:

a. Warranty Exclusion: CarPlay solutions does not provide any warranty for products not owned by CarPlay solutions. All warranties, if any, are provided solely by the manufacturer of the product.

b. Claims and Issues: Any claims, defects, or issues related to the supplied products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. CarPlay solutions is not responsible for any defects, damages, or malfunctions of customer-supplied products.

c. Installation Quality: While we will make every effort to ensure professional and skillful installation, we do not assume responsibility for the performance or functionality of customer-supplied products.

By opting to use other than our products for installation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. CarPlay solutions shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use or performance of these products.

By making a purchase of any product or service from CarPlay solutions, customers agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
